Cahill Represents Underwriters in $105 Million Secondary Offering for Custom Truck One Source, Inc.

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public secondary offering for common stock of Custom Truck One Source, Inc. by certain of its stockholders, resulting in proceeds of approximately $105 million. The offering made available 12,322,975 shares of common stock, and granted the underwriters an option to purchase an additional 1,848,446 additional shares of common stock for 30 days. The selling stockholders received all of the proceeds from this offering. Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is a specialty equipment provider to the electric utility transmission and distribution, telecommunications, rail and other infrastructure related industries in North America.
