Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $375 Million Credit Facility for Arcis Golf LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $300,000,000 term B credit facility and a $75,000,000 revolving credit facility for Arcis Golf LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to refinance existing debt. Arcis Golf is the premier operator of approximately 70 public and private golf clubs in the United States.
