Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $523,687,500 term B credit facility and an Amendment to the $1,956,019,075 term B credit facility for Tempo Acquisition, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alight, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities were be used to refinance existing term B credit facilities. Alight, Inc., provides benefits administration and human resource business process outsourcing services.
