Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $760,000,000 term B credit facility and a $130,000,000 revolving credit facility for Thevelia (US) LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to fund the acquisition of Tricor Group by a portfolio company of Baring Private Equity Asia, to refinance Tricor Group’s outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.Tricor Group is a leading business expansion specialist in Asia.
