Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1,800,000,000 U.S. dollar revolving credit facility for WRKCo Inc. and a $500,000,000 revolving multicurrency credit facility for WRKCo Inc., WestRock Company of Canada Corp./Compagnie WestRock du Canada Corp., and WRK Luxembourg S.À R.L. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes. WestRock - a Fortune 500 Company listed on the NYSE - is a global leader in the packaging and paper industry.
