Cahill represented the lead arranger in connection with a $320 million incremental term B credit facility for Apex Group Ltd. Proceeds from the term B credit facility will be used to finance the acquisition of Maitland International Holdings PLC. Apex Group Ltd. is a financial services provider which offers procurement, valuation, finance, redeployment, end of lease management, retirement, disposal, and other related services.
