Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $130,000,000 revolving credit facility for ClubCorp Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance its existing revolving credit facility. Invited (formerly ClubCorp) is the leading owner-operator of private golf and country clubs, city and stadium clubs in North America.
