Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a refinancing amendment, consisting of a $240,000,000 revolving credit facility and the issuance of the $400,000,000 term B-1 credit facility for Golden Entertainment, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing credit. Golden Entertainment is an owner and operator of entertainment platforms focusing on resort casinos and gaming.
