Cahill Represents Agents in Credit Facilities for Elevate Textiles, Inc.

Cahill represented the agents for Elevate Textiles, Inc.’s ABL and the existing first and second lien term loans in connection with Elevate’s recent out-of-court restructuring. As part of the restructuring, the ABL agent and the ABL lenders amended and restated the ABL credit facility and the existing first lien and second lien term loans were exchanged for exit term loans and/or equity of the company. The ABL team was led by counsel Juliana Obregon and Bankruptcy & Restructuring partner Rich Stieglitz. The Cahill team also included associates Nazariy Gavrysh, Catherine Schaefer, Nicholas Castillo and Niccolo Premutico, and law clerk Brandon Barrett.
