Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing amendment to the $500,000,000 term B credit facility and $120,000,000 revolving credit facility for Closure Systems International Group Inc. Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing the existing credit facilities.
