Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $925,000,000 term B credit facility and a $300,000,000 revolving credit facility for Mister Car Wash Holdings, Inc. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing credit. Mister Car Wash is the largest car wash operator in North America.
