Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in P10’s $500 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $325 million term A credit facility and a $175 million revolving credit facility for P10 Intermediate Holdings LLC.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing indebtedness.
