Cahill’s Private Credit Group Represents Financing Sources in Bain Capital’s Acquisition of Concert Golf Partners

Cahill’s Private Credit Group represented the financing sources in connection with Bain Capital’s acquisition of Concert Golf Partners from Clearlake Capital.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Concert Golf Partners is an owner-operator of upscale private golf and country clubs, which owns and operates 39 locations across the US nationwide.
