Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior notes due 2023 by Avolon Holdings Funding Limited. Avolon Holdings Funding Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avolon Holdings Limited, a leading global aircraft leasing company. Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the future repayment of outstanding indebtedness.
