Cahill ranked #1 by volume in representing lead arrangers in leveraged loan transactions for the second consecutive year, with 89 reported deals for nearly $116 billion in proceeds in 2007, as reported by the Loan Pricing Corporation (Reuters). Our deal volume represented a 21% market share in 2007.Cahill ranked #1 in representing underwriters of high yield debt offerings for the fifth consecutive year, with 54 reported deals for approximately $26.4 billion in proceeds in 2007, as reported by Thomson Financial. We also ranked among the top ten law firms in representing underwriters in convertible and straight debt offerings, and ranked among the top fifteen in representing underwriters in global and U.S. IPOs, global and U.S. equity offerings and U.S. common stock offerings in 2007.
