Corporate Counsel Magazine Names Cahill a “Go-To Law Firm®”

The publishers of ALM's Corporate Counsel® magazine, the nation's leading magazine for general counsel and in-house attorneys at corporations across the country, has named Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP a "Go-To Law Firm" for in its 5th annual reference guide to in-house law departments at the nation's top 500 companies (based on revenue).
According to ALM, "Go-To Law Firms" were identified through research conducted by ALM whereby researchers asked general counsel at the top 500 companies which outside law firms they turn to for assistance. Cahill was named to the list in the areas of litigation and securities transactions. ALM's research department also investigated and gathered data on the top 500 company's "Go-To Law Firms" from various public records resources including court dockets and securities filings, as well as leading legal and business publications, including The American Lawyer®.
According to Corporate Counsel, less than one half of 1% of all the law firms in the U.S. and abroad are included in its "Go-To Law Firm" list.
