For the first half of 2010 in the U.S. legal loan league tables published by Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation, Cahill ranks first for advising lead arrangers of leveraged loan transactions by volume and deal count, with 33 deals and approximately $28.8 billion in aggregate proceeds.
Also in the first half of 2010, Cahill ranks first by volume and third by deal count in the overall leveraged deals category, representing borrower or arranger.
