Cahill Ranked as Number One Legal Advisor to Lead Arrangers in 2012 Loans

Cahill’s finance practice has again earned top rankings by Thomson Reuters Loan Pricing Corp. in their 2012 Legal League Tables, including rankings as the number one ranked legal advisor to lead arrangers by deal count in leveraged loans, in M&A loans and in overall syndicated loan transactions completed in the U.S. loan market.
Behind the number one rankings, Cahill advised lead arrangers in: 140 leveraged transactions in 2012, with total value of over $104 billion; in 31 M&A loan transactions with total value of $24.6 billion; and in 152 deals with total value of nearly $117 billion in Thomson Reuters' overall syndicated loans category. Cahill also ranked second in the overall leveraged lending category, representing borrower or arranger.
