Cahill Receives Cornerstone Award from Lawyers Alliance for New York

The Lawyers Alliance for New York has recognized Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP with a 2016 Cornerstone Award, in recognition of "providing outstanding pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations that are improving quality of life for low-income New Yorkers." The award was presented to Cahill at a ceremony held on November 17 at Viacom in Manhattan.
“This year's Cornerstone Award winners not only provide much-needed pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations working across New York City, but they also inspire their colleagues and clients with their dedication,” said Larren M. Nashelsky, Chair of the Board of Directors of Lawyers Alliance.
By connecting lawyers, nonprofits, and communities, Lawyers Alliance for New York helps nonprofits to develop affordable housing, stimulate economic development, promote community arts, strengthen urban health, and operate and advocate for vital programs for children and young people, the elderly, and other low-income New Yorkers.
