Cahill's Capital Markets Practice Earns Top Rankings in H1 2017 Global Legal Advisory League Tables

Cahill's Capital Markets practice has earned top rankings in a number of debt and equity categories in Bloomberg's H1 2017 Global Legal Advisory League Tables, reflecting the firm's prominence as legal advisors to underwriters of debt and equity securities.
Cahill ranked as the number one legal advisor to U.S. high yield bond underwriters, advising on 66 deals that generated over $41.8 billion in aggregate gross proceeds in the first half 2017, and capturing a 32.6% share of the U.S. high yield market. Cahill has been ranked the number one legal advisor to U.S. high yield underwriters in the legal league tables since 2005. Cahill ranked third as legal advisor to Western European high yield bond underwriters and to U.S. underwriters in Bloomberg’s overall corporate debt securities category, and also ranked among the most active legal advisors to underwriters of U.S. investment grade debt and equity offerings.
