Cahill's Capital Markets Practice Earns Top Rankings in 2017 Global Legal Advisors League Tables

Cahill's Capital Markets practice has earned top rankings in a number of debt and equity categories in Bloomberg's FY 2017 Global Legal Advisory League Tables, reflecting the firm's prominence as legal advisors to underwriters of debt and equity securities.
Cahill ranked as the number one legal advisor to U.S. high yield bond underwriters, advising on 136 deals that generated over $78.4 billion in aggregate gross proceeds for the full year 2017 and capturing over a 29.5% share of the U.S. high yield market. Cahill has been ranked the number one legal advisor to U.S. high yield underwriters in the legal league tables since 2005.
Cahill also ranked third by volume as legal advisor to U.S. underwriters in Bloomberg's overall corporate bonds category and third by volume as legal advisor to Western European high yield bond underwriters. The firm ranked among the most active legal advisors to underwriters of U.S. investment grade debt offerings, global bonds and European bonds.
On the equity side, Cahill ranked among the most active legal advisors to underwriters of U.S. equity offerings, U.S. IPOs and US equity linked offerings, and Global equity IPO and Global equity offerings.
