A leader in the United States bank lending market, Cahill was again ranked as the number one legal advisor to lead arrangers in leveraged loans in the first quarter 2018 by Thomson Reuters LPC, participating in 141 transactions which generated over $143 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, and capturing nearly a 28% share of the United States leveraged loan market. Since 2010, Cahill has been ranked as the top legal advisor to lead arrangers of leveraged loans. Cahill was also ranked as the number one legal advisor to book runners by deal count and market share in the overall loan transactions category.
