Cahill Receives Top Ranks in Debtwire 1Q19 League Tables

Cahill’s capital markets and lending practice has earned top ranks in various debt categories in Debtwire’s league tables, demonstrating prominence as legal advisors to underwriters of debt securities.
Cahill has been ranked number one by volume in Debtwire’s 1Q19 North America High Yield Bonds Manager’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised initial purchasers and/or underwriters in 24 transactions generating more than $19 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured more than 36% of the market share for U.S. high yield bonds.
Cahill was also ranked number one by volume in Debtwire’s 1Q19 North America High Yield Bonds Telecom Manager’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised initial purchasers and/or underwriters in four transactions generating more than $4.8 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 58% of the market share of the U.S. High Yield in Telecom.
Cahill ranked first by volume in Debtwire’s 1Q19 North America Leveraged Loans Lead Bank’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in 30 transactions generating more than $29 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 37% of the market share.
Cahill ranked first in volume in Debtwire’s 1Q19 North America Technology Leveraged Loans Lead Bank’s Legal Counsels league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in three deals generating more than $4.5 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 39% of the market share.
Cahill also ranked first in volume by 1Q19 North America M&A Leveraged Loans Lead Bank’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in 17 transactions generating more than $14 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 35% of the market share.
