Cahill Capital Markets High Yield Practice Tops Bloomberg 2019 League Tables

Cahill's Capital Markets and Lending practice again earned top ranks in various debt and equity categories in Bloomberg's H1 2019 Global Legal Adviser league tables, reflecting Cahill's prominence as legal advisers to underwriters of debt and equity securities.
For fourteen consecutive years, Cahill has been ranked as the number one legal adviser to U.S. high yield bond underwriters. For the first half of 2019, Cahill advised underwriters in 52 transactions which generated more than $31 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured a 32% share of the U.S. high yield market.
Cahill ranked third in Bloomberg’s US Corporate Bonds category, advising in 76 transactions which generated approximately $56 billion in aggregate gross proceeds. The firm also ranked among the most active legal advisers to U.S. investment grade bond underwriters, European high yield bond underwriters and global bond underwriters.
On the equity side, Cahill ranked among the top twenty legal advisers to U.S. underwriters of equity offerings and equity-linked offerings, advising on five deals which generated approximately $2.15 billion in aggregate gross proceeds.
