Cahill Receives Top Ranks in Debtwire 1H19 League Tables

Cahill’s capital markets and lending practice has earned top ranks in various debt categories in Debtwire’s league tables, demonstrating prominence as legal advisors to underwriters of debt securities.
Cahill has been ranked number one by volume in Debtwire’s 1H19 North America High Yield Bonds Manager’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised initial purchasers and/or underwriters in 61 transactions generating more than $38.5 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured more than 35% of the market share for U.S. high yield bonds.
Cahill also ranked first in volume by 1H19 North America M&A Bonds Manager’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in seven transactions generating more than $4.9 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 22% of the market share.
Cahill was ranked number one by volume in Debtwire’s 1H19 North America High Yield Bonds Telecom Manager’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised initial purchasers and/or underwriters in eight transactions generating more than $6.4 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 51% of the market share of the U.S. High Yield in Telecom.
Cahill ranked first by volume in Debtwire’s 1H19 North America Leveraged Loans Lead Bank’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in 86 transactions generating more than $63 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 33% of the market share.
Cahill also ranked first in volume by 1H19 North America M&A Leveraged Loans Lead Bank’s Legal Counsel league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in 36 transactions generating more than $27 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 36% of the market share.
Cahill ranked first in volume in Debtwire’s 1H19 North America Technology Leveraged Loans Lead Bank’s Legal Counsels league table. Cahill advised the lead arrangers in 12 deals generating more than $8.8 billion in aggregate gross proceeds and captured 42% of the market share.
