Cahill was ranked as the number one legal advisor to lead arrangers in several categories in the first half of 2019 by Thomson Reuters LPC. For the first half of 2019, Cahill participated in 103 loan transactions which generated more than $113 billion in aggregate gross proceeds ranking it first by number of deals. Reflecting its continued prominence in the U.S. bank leveraged lending market, Cahill captured a 33% share of the market advising on 86 transactions which generated more than $82 billion in aggregate gross proceeds. Cahill has consistently been the top ranked legal advisor to lead arrangers of leveraged loans since 2010.
