Cahill Achieves Top Rankings in the Third Quarter 2020 League Tables for Refinitiv Loan Connector

Cahill's Capital Markets & Lending practice once again sits atop the league tables in a multitude of categories for Refinitiv Loan Connector at the close of the third quarter for 2020. Cahill was named the #1 legal adviser to lead arrangers of leveraged loans by volume and deal count. For the third quarter of 2020, Cahill advised lead arrangers on 107 transactions, earning 34.41% of the market share by volume, and generating more than $128.1 billion in aggregate gross proceeds, an amount greater than the total proceeds earned by the next four highest-ranking firms combined. Cahill has been the top-ranked legal adviser to lead arrangers of leveraged loans since 2010. Cahill was also named the #1 legal adviser to lead arrangers of M&A loans by both volume and deal count, securing 34.99% of the market share by volume and generating approximately $46.3 billion in aggregate gross proceeds. In total across all roles, Cahill participated in 120 loan transactions and generated more than $142 billion in aggregate gross proceeds for total issuance in Q3 2020.
