Debtwire ranks Cahill among top lender side counsel for Western European LBOs YTD 2021

Cahill’s London Banking and Capital Markets practice has achieved top rankings across several categories for the Western European leveraged loans legal adviser league tables published by Debtwire for the first three quarters of 2021.
Cahill is ranked third among legal counsel to Western European lead banks, advising on 11 deals with an aggregate value of €6.912 billion. Cahill currently has 11.29% of the market share, nearly doubling the firm’s market share at this time last year. Cahill is also ranked third among legal counsel to Western Europe institutional lead banks, advising on eight deals with an aggregate value of €3.939 billion and first among legal counsel to Western European UKI lead banks, advising on eight deals with an aggregate value of €4.978 billion.
