Cahill Team Named ‘Litigator of the Week’ Finalists for Appellate Victory in Deutsche Bank’s JASTA Lawsuit

Cahill partners David Januszewski, Sheila Ramesh, Sesi Garimella, and Miles Wiley have been selected as “Litigator of the Week” finalists by The American Lawyer’s Litigation Daily.
The team was recognized for their work securing the Second Circuit’s affirmance of dismissal of a lawsuit seeking to hold Deutsche Bank liable for aiding and abetting terrorist bombings in Afghanistan.
