Cahill partner Chérie R. Kiser published an article in Media Law International, “Supreme Court asked to review media ownership rules,” discussing recent developments in the case of Prometheus Radio Project v. FCC, including events that led the US Solicitor General to petition the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari after the Third Circuit Court of Appeal’s decision in April 2020. This article, which appears in the May/June 2020 MLI digital magazine, is the fifth in a series of publications from Chérie in connection with Prometheus and FCC media ownership rules.
