Partner Chérie Kiser published an article in Media Law International, “Parties oppose Supreme Court review of media ownership rules,” discussing recent developments in the case of Prometheus Radio Project v. FCC, including Prometheus Radio Project and other advocacy groups filing a brief on July 21, 2020 opposing the Supreme Court review emphasizing the Third Circuit’s “unremarkable application of administrative law.” This article, which appears in the August 2020 MLI digital magazine, is the sixth in a series of publications from Chérie in connection with Prometheus and FCC media ownership rules.
