Chérie R. Kiser Publishes “Prometheus Media Ownership Case” in Media Law International

Partner Chérie R. Kiser published an article in Media Law International, reviewing the United States Supreme Court recent oral argument in the case of Prometheus Radio Project v. FCC. With amicus curiae briefs filed in November 2020, the nation’s highest court heard oral arguments on January 19, 2021. This article, which appears in the February 2021 MLI digital magazine, outlines questions from the Justices during oral argument and is the seventh in a series of publications from Chérie in connection with Prometheus and FCC media ownership rules.
