Charlie Gilman participated as a Panelist at the 2008 Legal Malpractice Risk Management Conference. Charlie participated in the Panel Session "Guess Who's Coming to Sue You - A Case Study," which explored how firms may identify, prepare for and minimize the circumstances in which such claims may arise. The case studies examined the needs for disclosures, and the perils and protection of intra-firm communications as these circumstances portend a serious risk of legal malpractice claims.
