Bart Friedman participated in a panel discussion hosted by SpencerStuart for IBM Executives and Alumni entitled Preparing for Change: The New Dynamics of Board Service. The panel discussed the regulatory landscape and the current issues facing corporate boards.
Bart was joined by Rhonda L. Brauer, Senior Managing Director - Corporate Governance at Georgeson and Julie Hembrock Daum, Co-leader of Spencer Stuart's North American Board of CEO Succession Practice. The discussion took place Tuesday, November 17th at the Links Club in New York.
