Helene Banks, chair of Cahill’s M&A and Corporate Advisory practice group, spoke on “Beyond ESG with Climate Risk in M&A Strategy,” a webinar presented by S&P Global Sustainable1 on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Helene was joined by Matthieu Bardot, Global Head of ESG Strategy, Banking and Insurance at S&P Global Sustainable1; Meredith Bearden, Director of ESG Strategy and M&A at S&P Global Sustainable1; and Nathan Graf, Senior Managing Director at Evercore. The panel examined the increased role climate risk is playing in M&A strategy.
