Landis Best Featured on NYCLA’s Amicus Curiae Podcast

On January 8, First Amendment & Media Litigation practice co-chair Landis Best joined the New York County Lawyers Association’s “Amicus Curiae” podcast, where she discussed the upcoming Supreme Court case Murthy v. Missouri. Murthy raises many important issues, including social media companies’ content moderation policies, government requests to flag, remove, or deprioritize alleged misinformation, and the line between permissible government speech versus impermissible government coercion implicating the state action doctrine and First Amendment concerns.
