Bart Friedman Presents at 11th Annual Harvard China Review Conference

Bart Friedman recently participated in the 11th Annual Harvard China Review Conference as a Speaker on its Law Panel - China's Emerging and Evolving Laws. Harvard China Review's mission this year was to once again bring together eminent speakers who will lead us in looking at China’s growth beyond the bubble, by exploring the many ways we can build international confidence in the sustainability of our industries, economy and environment.
Bart, along with the law panel provided a discussion on the following issues:
- China's latest legal developments in the areas of Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate;
- Changes, Impacts and Strategies for Foreign Investors on the new Foreign Investment Industrial Guidance Catalogue;
- Impacts on the latest developments on the investment community and analyze different structuring alternatives; and
- Challenges and Strategies for Chinese companies that are in the process of going global.
