Cahill Represents UBS in Credit Facilities of $427 Million for Blue Pearl Mining Ltd.

Cahill represented UBS Securities LLC, as arranger in the acquisition financing of Thompson Creek Metals Company by Blue Pearl Mining Ltd. The financing included a $365,000,000 First Lien Credit Facility and a $61,855,670 (at maturity) Second Lien Credit Facility.
