Cahill represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch as Administrative Agent and UBS Securities LLC as Sole Arranger and Sole Bookmanager in connection with the $215,000,000 First Lien Facility and $100,000,000 Second Lien Facility of NV Broadcasting, LLC, and the $30,000,000 Mezzanine Loan of NV Television, LLC. Cahill also represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch as Administrative Agent and UBS Securities LLC as Sole Arranger and Sole Bookmanager in connection with the concurrent $45,000,000 Senior Secured Facility of Parkin Broadcasting, LLC. The financings provided funding for the acquisition by New Vision and by Parkin Broadcasting of various television stations.
