Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent in the Credit Facility for the acquisition of LabelCorp Holdings, Inc., comprised of a $138,000,000 Term Loan, $23,000,000 Revolving Facility, C$27,000,000 Term Loan, and C$2,000,000 Revolving Facility. The Credit Facility closed on August 8, 2008.
