Cahill represented Banc of America Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as lead arrangers, Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as syndication agent in the $180,000,000 Credit Facility comprised of a $150,000,000 Term Loan and a $30,000,000 Revolving Loan to Prestige Brands, Inc.
