Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch and Lazard Capital Markets in a Rule 144A/Reg S Offering of $250,000,000 7.375% Senior Notes due 2019 by Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation. The proceeds will be used to repay the company's senior subordinated notes and for general corporate purposes.
