The Weather Channel Completes Refinancing

Cahill represented the bookrunners in connection with a $1,735,625,000 amended and restated Senior Secured Credit Facility for Weather Channel consisting of a $1,600,000,000 Term Loan and $135,625,000 of two classes of revolving commitments. The amendment refinanced and upsized the existing term loan and extended the maturity of a portion of the revolving facility.
