Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $2.5 Billion Multicurrency Credit Facility for Telesat

Cahill represented Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley as lead arrangers in connection with the approximately $2,500,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $1,750,000,000 Term B loan, a CND$500,000,000 Term A loan, a CND$175,000,000 Term B loan and a CND$140,000,000 revolving credit facility for Telesat Canada and Telesat LLC.
