Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as sole administrative agent in connection with both a $30,000,000 Revolving credit agreement and a $50,000,000 Incremental delayed-draw Tranche B loan for Revel AC, Inc. Proceeds from the facilities will be used for general corporate purposes.
