Cahill represented the sole underwriter in connection with a secondary public offering of 9,250,000 shares of common stock of Aircastle Limited (NYSE:AYR), resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $104,450,000 to the selling shareholder. The shares of common stock were sold by Fortress Investment Group. After the transaction and the related repurchase by Aircastle, Fortress no longer owns shares of Aircastle.
