Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $375 Million Credit Facility for Oceania Cruises

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank as administrative agent and Deutsche Bank, Barclays Bank, and UBS Securities as lead arrangers in connection with the $375,000,000 credit facility comprised of a $300,000,000 Term B loan and a $75,000,000 revolver for Oceania Cruises, Inc., a provider of destination cruising services to ports in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and the Americas. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
