Cahill Represents Joint Lead Arrangers in $565 Million Credit Facilities for Viva Alamo

Cahill represented Citibank as administrative agent and Citigroup Global Markets and Deutsche Bank Securities as joint lead arrangers in connection with the $565,000,000 credit facilities comprised of a $515,000,000 Term B loan and $50,000,000 revolving credit facility for Viva Alamo LLC, a portfolio of electric power plants owned by funds managed by The Blackstone Group.
