Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $350 Million Credit Facility for Emerge Energy Services

Cahill represented PNC Bank as administrative agent and PNC Capital Markets and the other lead arrangers in connection with an amended and restated $350,000,000 revolving credit facility for Emerge Energy Services Operating LLC, a diversified energy services company, and certain of its subsidiaries.
