Cahill Represents Bank of America in Amended and Increased Credit Facilities for CEB Inc.

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and as a lead arranger in connection with the amendment and extension of CEB Inc.’s existing Term A Loan Facility and Revolving Credit Facility, as well as a $150 million increase to the Term A Loan Facility and an increase of $100 million to the Revolving Credit Facility. The amendment and extension was made in connection with CEB Inc.’s acquisition of CXO Acquisition Co. and Sports Leadership Acquisition Co. CEB Inc. is a best practice insight and technology company.
